Early Life

His real name is Mathew Haag and was born on 3rd August, 1992. His parents are Jeff and Christina Haag. He attended high school in Palos Hills and graduated in 2010. After that he went for a two year business studies course and Moraine Valley Community College. Haag initially got a job at a McDonald’s restaurant and he started working there.

Mathew wanted to make a career in gaming. So he quit his job and came to competitive gaming. He played the role of a competitive amateur in Halo 2 (a first person shooter game). But soon he changed position and switched to third person shooter game Gears of War as soon as he got it as a Christmas Present. He made his professional career start from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, at the age of 16.

Haag joined OpTic Gaming in June 2010. He was a Captain at OpTic gaming but later he stepped down the Captaincy after a 7th position in a Championship. Then finally he decided to leave the OpTic group in 2016. He made his mind to create his own eSports team namely 100 Thieves.

Gaming Career

His first appearance was at Major League Gaming in the first season of Call of Duty, Call of Duty: Black Ops, in 2011. He replaced a player who went ill. He couldn’t win the championship at that time but was able to secure a USD $100,000 prize money as his team got $400,000 along with the trophy. In the next season of Call of Duty, that was Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Nadeshot’s team was able to finish the game in second position. They lost the final to a team with the name Inspire gaming. In 2013 – 2014 at the Call of Duty season 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Haag made it able for his team to finish in top three and so his share of prize money was $30,000.

Awards

Nadeshot is an excellent player and was recognized by Major League Gamming 2014. He was declared the best e-sport player at Game Awards.

His gaming career has contributed to his net worth that is about  $2 million. Not only gaming, but the YouTube videos get him a good amount of money as well.  The viewership of his YouTube channel is quite a large number so he earns from advertisements too.
